These Terms govern your access to the Leara website, application, API, SDK, beta features, and related services.
Last updated August 31, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Techtale AB. If you use Learaon behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
If you have a signed order form, master services agreement, or other written agreement with us, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. The Service
Leara is a runtime and developer platform for composing, validating, rendering, observing, and controlling AI-generated product interfaces. The service may include a public website, hosted app, API endpoints, SDK packages, documentation, billing, demos, and beta functionality.
3. Accounts and Workspaces
- You must provide accurate account and billing information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, workspace, and API keys.
- You must keep credentials, API keys, and provider secrets confidential.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Beta Features
Some Leara features may be marked or understood as alpha, beta, preview, experimental, or evaluation features. Beta features may change or be discontinued, may be subject to limits, and may not be suitable for production use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Leara to:
- Violate law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual obligations.
- Send malware, spam, phishing content, or harmful instructions.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, billing limits, or security controls.
- Reverse engineer the service except where law clearly permits it.
- Submit regulated or highly sensitive data unless your agreement permits it and appropriate safeguards are in place.
- Use outputs for high-impact decisions about people without appropriate human review and independent validation.
6. Customer Content and Output
You keep ownership of prompts, context, data, configuration, and other content you submit to Leara. Subject to these Terms, you grant us the rights needed to process that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Generated output may be similar for different users and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving output before using it in production workflows or decisions.
7. SDK and API Use
- You may use Leara SDK packages and API endpoints according to the documentation and plan limits.
- You may not expose server-side Leara API keys in client code, public repositories, logs, or user-facing output.
- We may apply rate limits, usage limits, credit limits, and abuse-prevention controls.
- We may suspend API access to protect the service, customers, or third parties.
8. Fees and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe or another payment processor. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your order.
You can cancel or manage a subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior fees.
9. Third-Party Services
Leara may interoperate with third-party services such as model providers, authentication providers, hosting providers, databases, and payment processors. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy commitments.
10. Confidentiality and Security
Each party must protect the other's confidential information using reasonable care. Confidential information includes non-public product information, credentials, API keys, customer data, security findings, pricing, and business information. We maintain technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the service.
11. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain all rights in Leara, including software, documentation, designs, trademarks, and underlying technology. You receive only the rights expressly granted in these Terms or a written agreement. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.
12. Disclaimers
Leara is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, secure, or fit for a specific purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Leara for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Termination
You may stop using Leara at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the service or others, fail to pay fees, or use the service unlawfully. After termination, you must stop using the service and delete confidential credentials you no longer have permission to use.
15. Governing Law
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer or data protection rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
